Deanna is the co-founder and President of Power Delivery Services, Inc. As President she is responsible for leading the organization’s overall strategic direction, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing all human resource, compliance, and finance activities. Prior to launching PDS, Deanna spent 17 years with AAA Nebraska, where she drove membership growth strategy, finance, and corporate marketing initiatives.

Courtney joined Power Delivery Services in early 2023. As Vice President, Courtney leads the pursuit of new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring continuous improvement of business processes and operations. Additionally, she provides engineering support for projects. Prior to PDS, she has more than a decade with a public power utility. Her experience includes electric utility operations, strategy, procurement, renewable energy project development, contract management, operations analysis, and consulting. Courtney is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering & Spanish from Iowa State University and an MBA from Creighton University.

Jeff has been part of the Power Delivery Services team since 1997. As Sales Manager, Jeff is focused on outside sales across the PDS territory, which includes developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding specifications and applications of PDS’s products, proposal generation support, and supporting both contract negotiation and execution. Prior to joining PDS, he spent 10 years in a variety of roles – construction, purchasing, customer service – with a national electrical distributor. Jeff has a BS Degree in Business from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Tico began her career with Power Delivery Services in June of 2004. As Inside Sales & Support, she plays a vital role in supporting our customers’ needs. Tico provides inside sales support by coordinating with factories for timely delivery and assisting with customer inquiries. Additionally, she provides administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the company. Tico’s experiences prior to PDS include human resources and executive administration.
